Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients

  • 3 lb chicken cut in pieces
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • ¼ c. lemon joice
  • 1 Tbl ground coriander
  • ½ t each: crushed red pepper and anise
  • Salt to taste

Directions

  1. Marinate the chicken pieces for 24 – 48 hours in the refrigerator.

  2. Remove the chicken from the marinade and brush the pieces with ¼ c. vegetable oil.

  3. Bake at 375 for 35 – 40 minutes, basting with marinade.
