Tips for new families using our enrollment portal: 

• We recommend doing this on a computer, not a phone or tablet. 
• We recommend preparing to complete registration in one sitting. 
• Please note that all text boxes with a red asterisk* are required. If they do not apply to your child, enter “None.” 
• Please note that you will register by program, not by the child. If you are signing up multiple children in the same age group (K-5th Grade, 6th-7th Grade, or 8th-12th Grade), be prepared to complete their registration simultaneously. If you’re registering multiple children in different age groups, you’ll need to repeat the process. 
• A deposit is required at the end of the process to confirm your child’s spot – either $360 or $180 if you’ve been previously approved for a scholarship; you may pay via credit card or ACH.
• You will be billed for the balance over the summer. At that time, you may pay in full or setup a payment with an end date of January 31.
• During online registration, your enrollment information will be stored in the ShulCloud database. Once you input family information for one child, it will auto-populate for any other children you register. Each child’s info will also be stored and auto-populated if you register them for multiple programs. Information will also be stored year-to-year, so once future years’ registrations will be much easier!
